The general terms and conditions of the online store velikaplanina.shop are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and international codes for electronic business.

Please carefully read the general terms and conditions of the online store, as they bind you upon entering our online store. It is considered that, with each transaction made through our online store, you are acquainted with the entire content of the general terms and have consented to them without limitations.

The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. Changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, the operation through the online store or even access to the store may sometimes not be possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of certain or all products for a certain or indefinite period or to limit or completely stop access to the online store page for a certain or indefinite period. The provider does not assume responsibility for the non-functioning of the store due to the lack of knowledge of use, any consequences of misuse of the online store, service malfunction due to network outage, power outage, or other technical disruptions that could temporarily or even for a longer period disrupt the use.

Purchase Procedures

Purchase as a "Registered User" or "Guest"

You can place an order as a registered user or as a guest.

Purchase as a Registered User:

If you want to register in the online store, you need a valid email address to receive an email with registration details. During registration, you must enter your personal information. Registration saves you time in future purchases, as you don't have to enter personal information each time, and you also have the order history in your MY ACCOUNT profile.

Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Confirm the registration by clicking the CONTINUE button. If you leave any mandatory field empty, you will be redirected to the registration form, indicating which information you forgot to enter or where you made a mistake.

After correctly entering the information, the next page will display that you have received an email with registration details sent to the entered email address.

If you do not receive the activation email, check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If it is not in the specified folder, inform us at info@velikaplanina.shop.

When you find the product you want to order, click the ADD TO CART icon. In the upper right, you can track how many items you have in your cart. Hover over the CART button to see the list of items in your cart, the total amount, and the CHECKOUT button.

When you want to complete the purchase in the CART, click the CHECKOUT button and follow the purchase steps.

Orders can be placed as a guest in the online store.

Purchase as a 'Guest':

You must enter personal information again with each purchase. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Confirm the registration by clicking the CONTINUE button.

After correctly entering the information, the next page will display that an email with order details has been sent to the entered email address.

When you find the product you want to order, click the ADD TO CART icon. In the upper right, you can track how many items you have in your cart. Hover over the CART button to see the list of items in your cart, the total amount, and the CHECKOUT button.

When you want to complete the purchase in the CART, click the CHECKOUT button and follow the purchase steps.

Purchase Process Steps:

CART: When you click the VIEW CART button, you can change the quantities of selected products as desired and press the UPDATE QUANTITIES button.

Proceed to the CHECKOUT button.

AT CHECKOUT:

  • PURCHASE OPTIONS: Since you can only make a purchase as a "guest," with each order, you need to enter all necessary delivery details again; only then can you choose the payment method.
  • BILLING ADDRESS: Check your delivery details and click the CONTINUE button.

Proceed to the SHIPPING DETAILS button.

  • SHIPPING DETAILS: Select a delivery address.

Click the CONTINUE button.

  • DELIVERY METHOD: Select a delivery method for the order.

Click the CONTINUE button. Next is the PAYMENT METHOD.

  • PAYMENT METHOD: Choose a payment method for the purchase and tick the icon stating that you have read the general terms and agree with them. Click CONTINUE.

  • ORDER CONFIRMATION: Review the order once again and confirm it by clicking the CONFIRM ORDER button.

Once you have completed everything, the order is completed. Your order has been submitted for further processing.

You will also receive all order information at your email address.

Payment Methods in Slovenia and Worldwide:

For online shopping, the provider allows the following payment methods:

  • With a credit or debit card: Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, payment via UPN, bank transfer.

*Upon receipt of payment with a credit or debit card, the order proceeds to the processing stage.

In case of order cancellation or change of payment method by the user, please notify us at info@velikaplanina.shop for card crediting or refund.

Prices

All prices in the online store are in euros and do include VAT (value-added tax). AlpineResorts Julia Slapnik s.p. is liable for VAT.

Current prices apply to all orders. The price valid at the payment confirmation will be considered during the purchase.

The listed product prices are currently in effect but may be subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping costs vary by country and will be added to your total at the end of the purchase. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we do not take responsibility for an incorrect address.

Ordering

Order Processing
The online store will begin the necessary activities to fulfill the accepted order immediately upon receiving the order and confirming the payment for the goods. We will keep you informed via email about any longer delivery times.

Order Rejection
Orders that cannot be processed under the specified conditions and data available to the online store will be rejected. The consumer cannot demand fulfillment of such an order. The customer is notified of any changes via email or phone number.

Order Storage
The submitted electronic order or concluded purchase contract is stored at the company's headquarters. All orders are stored for a minimum of 10 years, as required by regulations.

Product Replacement
If a particular product is out of stock, the supplier may replace it with an equivalent product of a different brand. The customer has the right to refuse the replacement and request a refund. In case of refusal of the replacement, the order will be canceled and the purchase price refunded.

Cancellation of Contract or Purchase
The consumer has the right to inform the seller at info@velikaplanina.shop within twelve (12) hours of the order that they are canceling the contract, without having to provide a reason for their decision. A copy of the invoice for the goods, personal information, and a bank account (where the buyer wants to receive the refunded payment) must also be provided.
