Parmesan, Galbani, 200g

Parmigiano Reggiano is aged for at least 16 months until it develops a pale golden color and a slightly grainy texture, with a nutty and salty flavor. The shell of this cheese is very hard and can be yellow or orange in color. It is ideal when cut into pieces and can be enjoyed on its own or served with ripe pears and wine.

Ingredients: Raw milk, salt, rennet.
