Stew ‘’Ričet’’ Natureta, 830g

‘’Ričet’’, probably one of the most popular traditional Slovenian homemade stews, beloved even beyond our borders, is suitable for all seasons. It is a Slovenian national dish with ingredients such as pearl barley, beans, potatoes, vegetables, onions, and garlic. It should contain an appropriate amount of dried pork.

Ingredients: Water, pearl barley 18%, carrots 6%, brown beans 5%, smoked pork neck 4% (pork meat, water, salt, spices, dextrose, stabilizers: diphosphates, triphosphates; pork proteins, thickener: carrageenan; spice extracts, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate; flavors, preservative: sodium nitrite), potatoes, leeks, red pepper, kohlrabi, tomatoes, table salt, beef broth concentrate (table salt, beef fat 17%, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, potato starch, chicken fat, flavor, sugar, beef extract 2.7%, onion powder, spices, acid: citric acid, carrot, palm fat, yeast extract, antioxidant: rosemary extracts), spices.
